What you need to bring to your appointment

Please bring with you all X-rays, CT, MRI scans, all imaging studies and medical reports relevant to your condition. Please also provide details of any medications you are taking and drug allergies.

Referrals

A valid referral from your GP or specialist is required, for Medicare to reimburse part of the consultation fee.

Fees

There is an out of pocket fee above the Medicare Rebate for all new and review consultations. Payments can be made via cash, cheque, money order, credit card or eftpos. All accounts must be settled on the day. Patients will be required to sign an informed financial consent form, accepting any additional charges, prior to surgery.

There will be no surgical gap fee for DVA, TAC and WorkCover patients.
